By signing, you absolve Gravitas Industries (Pty) Ltd and its stakeholders from liability in the event of loss of funds or liquidation following approval of your bid and allocation of equity.

Your decision to bid is made willingly, in your sole discretion, with no guarantee of returns.
You acknowledge that early-stage investments are high-risk and you may lose your entire contribution.
Full risk factors are detailed in the Equity Agreement, delivered by courier and email for review and signature once your bid is accepted.
